About Me

Hello, I’m Teffi, an intuitive Reiki Master, Sound Healer, and Acutonics Practitioner. My journey into the healing arts was guided by an undeniable calling—one that became clear during the COVID-19 pandemic. As a hairstylist, I realized that what I loved most wasn’t just the artistry but the connections I formed and the way I made people feel. I knew I was meant to do more—to help others heal on a deeper level.  

Everything shifted when I traveled to Oregon for a one-on-one retreat. It was there, during my second Reiki session, that I experienced a profound awakening. I discovered my incredible mentor, Allison, who has since guided and supported me in stepping into my soul’s purpose. Through this path, my ancestors began appearing to me, offering their strength and wisdom. With their presence guiding me, I knew it was time to create something meaningful—a sacred space where healing could unfold for all who sought it.  

Thus, Resonance of the Ancestors was born. The name still gives me goosebumps. Resonance speaks to sound and vibration—an integral part of my healing practice. We are all frequency, all energy, all vibration. When I work with clients, I call upon not only my ancestors but theirs as well, weaving together the powerful forces of sound, energy, and spirit to facilitate transformation.  

My Mission & Approach

My mission is simple: to create a sanctuary where people can relax, decompress, and heal—physically, mentally, and spiritually. I believe in holding space for others, allowing them to feel what they need to feel, and guiding them toward their own healing. I don’t "heal" anyone; rather, I walk beside them on their journey, offering tools, support, and love.  

What makes my approach unique? Well, I bring my full, authentic self into every session. I am deeply intuitive, a little quirky, and always in tune with nature’s rhythms. I incorporate Acutonics, a profound modality rooted in the frequencies of the cosmos and Earth, aligning my practice with the natural teachings of Mama Gaia. My healing style is a fusion of ancient wisdom and modern energy work, all rooted in love, integrity, and the highest good of my clients.  

A Personal Turning Point

My path took an unexpected turn when I was struck by a Yukon while riding my bike. I broke my left humerus and four ribs—a moment that could have felt like an ending. But instead, it was a beginning. This challenge became a blessing in disguise, allowing me to fully devote myself to my healing practice. It deepened my understanding that true healing isn’t just about fixing what is broken but embracing the beauty within our burdens.

The Greatest Lesson I’ve Learned 

Healing isn’t always sunshine and rainbows. The journey requires us to embrace both the light and the shadow. But I’ve learned that even in darkness, the stars still shine. Even after the storm, the rainbows appear. Finding blessings within my burdens has been the most powerful transformation of my life, and I am honored to help others find their own light through their healing journeys.
